PARKING:

 

What are the parking options?

The Foundry at Judson Mill has a parking located right in front of the facility. There are very few spots located in that lot so if you are able to use a driving service (Uber, Lyft, etc.) we ask that you please use that!

 

HOURS OF OPERATION:

 

The Foundry @ Judson Mill is only open for ticketed shows and private events. Please view concert and events for our upcoming shows.

 

AGE POLICY:

 

What is the age policy at The Foundry at Judson Mill:

Individuals 18 and older are welcome with a VALID government-issued ID. Acceptable forms of identification include a state-issued driver’s license or ID card, military ID, or international Passport. A student ID is not an acceptable form of identification.

 

Do I have to have an ID to enter The Foundry at Judson Mill?

All guests 18 years and older should be prepared to present a valid unexpired government issued ID to enter The Foundry.

 

What are acceptable Forms of Identification?

Acceptable forms of identification include a state driver’s license, military ID or an international Passport. Members of management may accept identification issued by a government agency of a foreign country. For additional questions, please call 817-624-7117.

What forms of payment does The Foundry at Judson Mill accept?

The Foundry at Judson Mill up will accept CASH, Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express. We will also have an ATM located inside of the facility.

 

SMOKING:

 

What is the smoking policy?

Smoking is not be permitted inside any area at any time in The Foundry at Judson Mill. This policy includes all forms of smoking including e-cigarettes. It applies to employees, customers, vendors, clients, contractors, consultants, owners and all other visitors. For our smoking patrons, we apologize for any inconvenience and have constructed an easily accessible outdoor area for use while smoking. The Foundry at Judson Mill is committed to providing an inviting, safe and healthful environment for our customers, employees and artists to enjoy.

 

CONCERTS:

 

When do concert tickets go on sale?

Tickets to upcoming shows typically go on sale Fridays at 10 am.  Due to artist booking schedules and holidays, this may vary

 

How do I purchase concert tickets?

Customers can purchase tickets online at foundrygvl.com/events, or in person at our box office. Other than cash, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.  We do NOT accept checks. *The Foundry at Judson Mill strongly discourages purchasing tickets through ticket brokers or third party ticket sellers and is not responsible for any damages or inconveniences incurred through the use of third party ticket sellers.

 

What is the ticket refund policy?

There are no refunds or exchanges on concert tickets. A concert cancellation is the only exception to this policy; See below for the cancellation policy.

 

What is the cancellation policy at The Foundry at Judson Mill?

YOU MUST OBTAIN A REFUND FOR A CANCELLED SHOW AND PURCHASE TICKETS TO A NEW SHOW ONCE IT IS SCHEDULED.  If a concert is cancelled, you are entitled to receive a full refund at the point of purchase.  The Foundry at Judson Mill makes every effort to re-schedule a concert in the event of a cancellation; however, due to timing differences and artist availability we will not honor tickets from a cancelled performance.  An automatic refund will occur for purchases made online or over the phone. You may contact the box office to inquire about the status of your refund during normal box office hours.  All guests who purchase their tickets in person from the box office must bring their tickets back during box office hours to obtain a refund.

 

Can I take pictures or use my video camera at The Foundry at Judson Mill?

Non-professional, non-flash still photography is permitted at most events (cell phones, disposable, digital, or 35mm cameras with no interchangeable or telephoto lens). However, for some events, at the request of the artist, cameras of any type may be prohibited.

Video cameras, iPads, selfie sticks, audio recording devices, monopods, tripods, Go-Pros, and cameras with telephoto or interchangeable lenses (professional photography equipment) are not permitted at any time without prior approval from management.

Video recording on any device and/or flash photography is prohibited at all times.

This policy will be strictly enforced and management reserves the right to deny any electronic device at their discretion.
